Some emails not sending

I receive “New Order” emails
I do not receive “Cancelled Order” emails
I do not receive “Failed Order” emailsThe settings for these 3 orders are the same. I’m not too concerned about Failed order mails but would really like to receive Cancelled Order mails. Please let me know how to fix this.
