Some emails not sending

Hi,
We use woocommerce and we have noticed that not all of our receipt emails are going through to the attached email. For example, if we sell 10 items, our receipt will only be received for 6 of them.
We have confirmed that the woocommerce is properly triggering the request to send receipts for all of them.
Why would this be happening on some and not all? How do we resolve?
