Some email notifications not activating

  • I am trying to enable “Account Activation Email” from Setting>Email. But when I’m saving, it showing page not found. Also active email notification(e.g. Account Updated Email) not deactivating. Please see the screen record video to understand my problem.

  • Have you tried reinstalling the plugin? Additionally, have you tried disabling any security or caching plugin and enabling the “Account Activation Email” and deactivating the others?
