Some elements have a [tabindex] value greater than 0

I’m trying to improve my SEO scores on our lighthouse reports. Under the Navigation tab within the accessibility section, there are opportunities to improve keyboard navigation in the application. Turns out some chatlio elements have a [tabindex] value greater than zero which is effecting the accessibility score. Is there a way I/we could resolve this?
