We are running WP 6.3.1 and using BetterDocs base plugin version 2.5.4 (installed today).

I have added 6 documents and added them to a category each.

The admin screen doesn’t list the correct docs in the categories, some are missing.

A page using the betterdocs_category_grid shortcode is able to display the category boxes with correct count and lists all docs for that category.

When I click Explore more and navigate to the category the sidebar shows correct count but doesn’t list all documents for that category. It also doesn’t show all documents in the main page content.

Also when you navigate to a doc and use the bottom next and previous navigation it only loops through some of the docs.

Any help would be great. Thanks

    Hello @gekkodeveloper

I hope you are doing well. It seems like a very unusual issue.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of BetterDocs free v2.5.4 and pro(if any) plugin, which is currently v2.5.5

Are you using any caching/ security plugins? If so, can you please try to clear the cache, temporarily deactivate the caching plugin, and then check?

If you are still facing the issue, Could you please do a plugin conflict test?

Make a backup of your website: Before making any changes to your website, it is essential to make a backup of your site. This will allow you to restore your website to its original state if anything goes wrong during the testing process.

Plugin conflict check: Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to deactivate all the plugins except BetterDocs. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin => Plugins, and then deactivate other plugins.

After deactivating all plugins, check if the issue still persists. If the issue goes away, then a plugin conflict is likely.

Enable plugins one by one: Reactivate your plugins one by one, checking the website after each activation to see if the issue reappears. This will help you identify the plugins causing the conflict.

Finally, if your issue is persistent, Could you kindly provide the Site Info? To do so, please follow these steps: Navigate to your?WordPress Dashboard, then proceed to?Tools -> Site Health -> Info. From there, you can easily Copy Site Info to the clipboard and share it with us.

    Thank You
