    Hello,

    When I export (1February – 1April) it doesn’t work?

    But most other periods work like 1January – 1March, 1January – 1February.

Right now I am able to avoid this issue by exporting through other dates.. 1Feb-1Mar-1Apr, for example.

I receive the following error message from the chrome browser:

    The www.***.com page isn’t working

www.***.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    500

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

Thank you for reporting this error.
I’m trying to reproduce it on my own websites but nothing happens.

Is same duration periods can be handled by the server ? (Like 1 december / 1 february for exemple)
If you have a lot of sales (which I hope for you ?? ) or a small server, it can be a PHP timeout or MySQL request timeout too short on your server settings.

We’d like to improve WBK to avoid this, but it’s not on our top list for now.

So the best option is still to make upload on shorter periods.

    Hi Podd63,

Yes I’ll go with the option for shorter periods for now. It’s weird that it happens but thank you for the reply.

There are a lot of sales 100 a day so it could be request timeout too short on server settings.

I can mark this as resolved now.

    Kind regards,
