    WP 3.9
    This plugin 0.7.2

    I get an error:
    Some data was retrieved, but could not be parsed successfully. Please ensure your feed URL is correct.

    I tried to change to https (was http initially), no difference.
    I tried to download (from Google) and import https://*.ics file into Outlook – no problem.
    I tried reverting to default plugin options and placing JavaScript to footer, etc. – no difference.

    Hello,

    Are you using the XML feed URL (the .ics one won’t work in the plugin)?

    Hi

    I was using .ics as I mentioned (which now I realize was wrong).
    I read only the simple instructions here, and not the verbose ones at your site.
    Thank you, it’s working fine now.

    P.S. For others, making this change may require you to clear the feed cache in your WP settings.
