Some custom fields not showing in values dropdown

    I have been having pretty good success with this plugin. However I am now having an issue where some, not all, of the custom fields I create on my product page do not show in the Value dropdown of mapping page. For instance, I created a gtin custom field but it does not appear in the dropdown. Any thoughts as to why some custom fields do and some don’t show?

    Forgot to mention that I am using the latest versions of wordpress and woocommerce. No other plugin is used for creating custom fields.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    The custom fields will only show when at least one of your products has a value filled in for that custom (GTIN) field. When you only created the custom field but its not being used for products yet it won’t show in the drop-downs indeed. Could that be the case for you?

    When that is not the case and the custom field is being used for your products can you than share a screenshot with us on how you configured that custom GTIN field (I assume you used ACF for this?).

    Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our assistance is no longer required I will close this topic for now for housekeeping reasons.
