Some Comments are missing

Hello,

First of all this is an outstanding plugin. I’ve been using this for a very long time but now I am experiencing an issue. As the title says some comments are not being displayed in the actual post. However, the said missing comments are still present in the dashboard. I already tried clearing the cache from my caching plugin but it didn’t help. How do I go about fixing this? I seriously don’t want to go back to jetpack comments ?? Any help would be highly appreciated.
