Some clients can’t pay

    Hi,
    My client missed 2 orders today cause customers having an error at checkout. Some work but some else doesn’t.
    They have a message that The order can’t be payed.Please contact us for help….

    What help can we give??

    Hi @weecl there will always be a small number of your customers who experience payment issues for whatever reason (3DS authentication failures, not enough funds on card etc.) In these instances, please get them to contact their card issuer. There is no problem at the Viva Wallet end. Our plugin is fully tested.
