Some Changes In WordPress Crashes the site for 5 min

  • Hi..
    i am using wordpress form long ago, but my site never crashed. But now if i do some changes or bluk changes in the admin panel the site get crash. like i tried to delete june month images and the site crashed. Its a woocommerce site. and after waiting for 4-5 min, site get back online. please help

    What do you mean by “it crashes”?

    when i hit the site url in browser after changes it goes on loading and then after 100 sec it show server time out .

    Hmmm… have you asked your host to look at this? It may be a MySQL issue or a server load issue.

    i contacted with my hosting provider(godaddy). they are saying there is not issue from there(hosting) side. please check yur plugins. but i have paid theme and top rated plugins. now??

    Something bad has happened to your SSL certificate. You might check with GD again about that.

    Are all your plugins and your theme up to date?

    Also, clear your autoptimize cache.

    It appears you’re running WordPress 5.0.3. Is that correct?

    hi sir , i did all changes but it dose not work , still site get offline when i delete some data like images ,
    * Updated the plugins and deactivated some of them.
    NOTE: nothing with ssl , ssl have no roll in this error or crashing of site

    This appears to be an error due to the wp-rocket plugin. Try disabling that and see if the issue goes away.
