Some Category Pages are slow and some of them are not.

I have a problem that I don’t understnad and I want your help to fix some slow category pages in My website. I noticed some of My website https://candyhype.com categories are slow such as this one https://candyhype.com/product-category/american-candy/ here are the tests of American Candy Category page: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-candyhype-com-product-category-american-candy/uo9hs0j0l1?form_factor=mobile and https://www.debugbear.com/test/website-speed/Ge3YJXxu/overview

Also this category page: https://candyhype.com/product-category/drinks/ and here are its speed tests:

As you can see these category pages are slow.

But The strange thing is when I test another Category Pages I find that its not as slow such as this ones:

My first question is why some category pages are slow and some of them not ? Note that I did not exclude any category page from Page optimization and All the category pages has the same Optimization settings.

My last question is why just when I clear the cache the ategory pages and other pages are fast but after a while it goes slow especialy the category pages ?
