Some Categories Don't Display FAQs

I’ve created 8 FAQ Categories and have set up a Page that includes shortcodes for each of them (see below). Two of the Categories are not showing any FAQs. I’ve deleted all FAQs and Categories several times and have validated that there are not typos or any extra html on the page. If I change the Category, the FAQ shows up. Also, the Category that doesn’t display is different each time I delete everything and try again. Has anyone seen this behavior, or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?
Does the Category need to be a single word (no spaces or dashes)? I’ve tried many different ways and can’t seem to get all of the Categories to work at the same time. I’m worried that after I start populating the FAQs, that one of the Categories will behave like this and I’ll have to start over again.
I’d appreciate any help that any of you can provide.
