Check your plugins under Plugins on the left hand side of the Admin menu.

I don’t see any cached versions. All plugins were recently disabled and reinstalled by my web host because it turned out that Jetpack was crashing my site, but we didn’t know initially which plugin might be doing it. I just recently upgraded to the latest version of WordPress.

There seems to be an issue with the shortcode. It is not saving correctly only for those buttons. Do you use any cloud services?

    No I don’t.

Your page might be corrupted to some degree. Try the following….

Create a none published page, copy all the shortcodes that you have running in this page that has an issue. Then test the none published page to see if the buttons go to PayPal or the shopping cart. If they go to the shopping cart then you know that the page is some what corrupted.

I did a quick button on a new page. I have to publish the page because if the buttons are clicked on, on a non-published page, only a blank whit page shows up next. The button when clicked on, put an item in the cart successfully. Since it’s the very same code I’m cutting and pasting each time, and not making errors entering product names and prices, I believe you are right that the product page is corrupted. In that case, it looks like the only thing to do is to start over and create a new product page – right?

Hi HollandFranklin yes that would be your best option. Let us know if this works for you by reporting back.

    Thank you

Hey there, I created a whole new page from scratch by typing it all in, avoiding cutting and pasting anything other than the Shopping Cart code. I created the ordering buttons as before, and everything seems to work fine so far. As soon as someone orders I’ll know if the whole thing worked, but my problem is resolved. Thank you SO much for all your good Samaritan attention, I truly appreciate your efforts. Holland
