    Hello @ep2012 ,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We checked your account and can see that it’s working. Please check the following points.

    1. Since you are pressing “Ok” it’s adding the HEX value which by default is black and is setting the black color. Thus overriding your blue color selection. Can you please simply select the blue color and then exit the selector by clicking outside of the color selector?

    2. To make the entire line bold can you please try selecting the complete line of text and then making it bold? Make sure the color of the whole line is the same to be able to differentiate between bold and regular weights.

    3. The popup is scaled down in size in the editor and would show accurately as per the set popup size i.e. height and width on your live website. Please check the guide below to see how you can resize the popup.

    I’m also glad to tell you that you can use Color Hex Codes wherever you see the color selector, as you can see in the screenshot we sent to your email.
