some Black cover the front screen at mobile

    Hi,

    I imported the demo at the ColorMag theme free version. Than I could get great demo at the PC screen but I could not see part of screen at mobile situation. Some black part covered the mobile screen. I didn’t know why so I installed same theme and demos at other WordPress server. However, the black thing also covered mobile screen.

    could I know the solution of this problem?

    I suspect one of the plugins you’re using might be causing the problem, so please try deactivating all?the plugins one by one and check if the problem resolves.

    Hi @barsha04,

    From your information, I could know that it occurred because of Elementor plugin, however, this method not only remove “mobile” black out but also ruined all layout of demo main page when I deactivate Elementor plugin.

    The issue is from the Image Carousel widget added via the Elementor. Removing the Image Carousel fixes the issue on your end. However it’s an temporary solutions since the developers are working on the issue to fix it. Once it gets fixed, you can update the theme afterwhich you can add the Image Carousel widget on your end.

    Let me know if the issue gets fixes after removing the Image Carousel or not and I will get back to you.
