Some advice?

Hey guys, I’m working on a site and am having trouble figuring out the best way to organize the content. The site is for a contractor who does just about everything. I want to make sure that we highlight everything but not give content overload. The site is at https://www.ketsdeverconstruction.com. Don’t pay any attention to the graphics or lack of images, I’m not there yet.
So here’s the question- Should I put the content into pages so that it’s available from the top menu? Or should I put it into posts so it’s easier to organize by categories?Thanks for any help!
