• I sm not sure if I should post here but I am quite sure I need some help.

there seems to be a bug I can’t explain it in any other way. This is what happens.

When you are logged in to your account and go to check out the field in address, postcode and town remain empty. If you are logged out and have things in your cart and then go to check out those fields are completely filled in with all account details.

please make an account on my site and test if can replicate this.

My webmaster has tried many different things to find out if any plugins are conflicting but that’s not what seems to cause this strange problem. I found this problem to happen on various computer laptops.

    Thanks, Armando

  • Sorry, WordPress does not have a checkout feature. Since you have right click disabled I can not see what theme or eCommerce plugin you are using. You will need to get support from the developers of your eCommerce plugin.

I have a fresh staging of my site.
I have disabled all ( except 2 necessary ones) plugins and have a storefront as theme.
    The problem is still there.

Could the drop-in advanced-cache.php have anything to do with it ?
