Some administrators cannot see event details

  • We have a curious problem with our Timely All-in-one event calendar.

    We are 2 administrators in WordPress, but only one of us can see event details when creating and editing an event in WordPress – the other can not see – and hence not edit – details for the event. For her, only the editor fields is visible.

    We have tried from different machines, but it seems to be related to her user in WordPress.

    The site is https://www.freshfarm.dk, but you need to be logged in as an administrator to see the problem.

    This is a new problem for us in WordPress – we did not make any update recently that would cause this.

    Have you heard about this issue before?

  • Is the other admin using the Visual editor or the Text editor in WordPress (Visual/Text tabs when editing)?

    Also, are you using the Visual Composer plugin at all?
