• There seems to be a problem on checkout with this product. Some addresses work, though anyone in Australia seems to get a shipping issue. I have set this product up with its own shipping class and flat rate of $15 to anywhere. I am not sure why this is happening and the client is upset that she is losing sales. Please help!

    Hi there,

    It sounds like we might be missing some background information. In order to get a better understanding of the issue, please do the following:

    • Share a screenshot of the shipping zone setup found under **WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping**
    • Share a screenshot of the product setup, specifically the tab at **Product Edit Page > Product data > Shipping > Select – Product Shipping class**
    • Elaborate a bit more on how shipping should work ideally

    Thank you for your reply.

    I just want this product to have a $15 shopping flat rate no matter where someone is ordering from. For some reason the flat rate doesn’t work on Australia addresses. and says that the addresses in Australia are incorrect.

    So the flow should go:

    Person wants to purchase product
    Person adds product to cart
    Person goes to checkout, at checkout they fill out their information and are charged the price of the product plus $15 shipping flat rate.
