Some accounts do not show after registration

    Good morning,

    I have a problem that some of the people using the site have registered an account and yet I cannot see their user ID on the members list under membership. I have students who have an account, they can login, they can do material on the site but I still do not see their account.

    Not sure if it is related, but the ID number does not seem to be incrementing by 1 every time a user is created.

    Hello Matt,

    I’m sorry this is not working correctly for you.

    The ID issue is concerning and sounds like a Database problem.

    Can you tell us, are you able to manually add a user and see their account?
