Solving spam issue

The guestbook itself is nice but wow, it’s a complete spam magnet. I have to manually delete spam entries every day. That’s no fun.
I disabled the ‘website’ field but the spam entries all share a common thing: they force an url on their name even though there is no website field.
Wouldn’t the easiest way to prevent spam be to make the plugin block/remove an entry the moment an url is encountered?
