Solving IPN issue only

Hi: Again, thanks for the great work on this.
I have made some customizations to Donate Plus that I don’t want to lose by upgrading right now, but I am getting those emails from Paypal saying “IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing”. (I have the correct URL set for donate plus.)
Can you tell me the changes I need to make just to fix this IPN issue? That will give me time to re-customize Donate Extra.
