Solved my cache problem!

There was a problem with my WordPress revisions/caches, when I update the page, instead of publishing the original version, it published a version of one of the revisions although I never touch the revisions area after I checked and realised that.

So, I went to find a plugin to try to clear out all the revisions and see what WordPress would do. Boom! My contents published are now the original content and all the unnecessary old revisions gone!
