Enabling plugin causes fatal error

    Hi everyone,

    I recently installed this plugin and had to find a workaround because enabling the plugin caused the entire site to die and throw a fatal error referencing /wp-content/plugins/hover-pin-it/lib/simple_html_dom.php and the function mb_detect_encoding on line 988

    As a workaround, since I don’t need support for multibyte strings (Japanese, Chinese, Korean), don’t have mbstring enabled in my PHP install, and don’t want to enable it and recompile PHP, I chose to force UTF-8 by setting $charset = false;
