What are you complaining about? Pagespeed attests you the highest possible score. More than a score of 100 is not possible. So what’s your problem?

To understand why your site failed the test for mobile devices, you should study the documentation provided by Google Pagespeed. The cache plugin does provide a solution to the problem, but if you don’t know what the problem is, this solution won’t help you much. You can find the essential information at https://web.dev/ttfb/
