Solutions to common issues

When I click any of my existing thumbnail of videos it will not popup a video player. Everything use to work but I am not sure why they are not working anymore. When I click on Overview page it says my FFMPEG : Not Installed. following code I am using.

[cvg-video videoId=’19’ width=’640′ height=’510′ /]

Hi. How do I allow user role editors to access the Video Gallery editor?

I m using the cool video plugin but some glitch are there that my video is not open or run at front end and when we click on thuumbnail image it downloads not run or play on pop-up box. please help its urgent

I have just installed CVG. I uploaded some video files to the one gallery I have created. I generated 2 shortcodes and pasted them into a page. When I go to view page, I get Error establishing database connection. The shortcodes are:
‘[cvg-gallery galleryId=’1′ mode=’showcase’ limit=’5′ /]’
and
‘[cvg-gallery galleryId=’1′ mode=’playlist’ /]’

I have JW player installed. What am I missing? Why am I getting this error? How do I fix it?
