  • Hi,

Will you please post a screenshot of what you are seeing? That will help us troubleshoot.

    Thanks!

Thanks! Will you enable your JavaScript console and try to load that page? Do you see any errors? Here is how to enable the console:

Can you try logging into your site with a different browser, and see if the scan results appear? You don’t have to start a new scan — just viewing the scan page should show the existing issues, if it was a browser problem. I have heard of some unusual problems with Chrome lately, and usually they are fixed in the next Chrome update.

If it does work in another browser, do you have any extensions or add-ons installed in your regular browser? Some extensions can interfere with scripts, which could cause the issue.

If not, it may still be a conflict with another plugin or the theme. If possible, can you temporarily disable all other plugins, and switch to a default theme like “twentyfifteen”, and see if the scan results appear then? (If your site has a lot of traffic, of course, you may not want to do this during peak hours, and some plugins may require setup after they’ve been disabled.)

Thank you for you help I think my issue was that I had some malware script that was blocking the results. I spoke with my hosting site and we were able to clean my site. I did a fresh scan with word-fence and the results populated as usual.

Ok, thanks for the reply. It’s good that the host was able to help. Some hacks leave more files behind that might not be easily found, so we do have a guide for cleaning hacked sites here:
How do I clean my hacked site using Wordfence?

There may be some portions that you don’t have access to for your site, but many of them are within WordPress and Wordfence. Remember also to make sure that all of your plugins, themes, and WordPress are up to date, and changing passwords after a hack is always a good idea, too.
