Solution for problem – No facebook user supplied

  • For all the people which are looking for a solution for this error message:

    No facebook user supplied. Did you give all permissions?

    I was also looking for the error, and finally:
    change your browser/your OS.
    Just for getting the access token.

    I don’t know what was causing it, but i found out that there is one redirect too much.
    The plugin itself is working 100%.
    So i switched over to my Mac, fired up Safari, logged in the WordPress Backend, request token, relocated to Facebook, allow everything, et voila, Token is inside.

    So, if you are struggling here, just get a Linux Live CD, it also works ??
