Solution for having 1 blog cover all sub-sites?
-
Hey!
So I have a WordPress Network, and there are currently 4 sub-sites (subdomains).
As of now, the root domain and all sub-sites are WordPress pages.
I’d like to start writing articles — in which case I’d prefer to use WordPress posts.
Naturally, most themes have a blog template that pulls from the WordPress posts. I use the Genesis framework and various Genesis child themes on my domains.
But suppose I’d like to write all of my articles from the root domain. Naturally, if you put the blog template page on your menu, it will pull the posts from that particular site. But if you go to a sub-site, there aren’t any posts to pull from, since the article was written from the root domain.
Is there a solution to this? Simply put, is there a way to have the blog template pull all of the posts, regardless of where you wrote ’em from — or, in my case, have the blog template from any sub-site pull all the posts from the root domain?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
