• I’ve been using ZBS CRM for just over a year now, and I am very happy with it indeed.

    I love that it sits within my website, being fully integrated into WordPress the entire CRM feels like part of my site, both for me and for my clients. Very well integrated, no having to use clunky sludges and bridges to flip between the two.
    The feature set, which is growing steadily as the platform is developed, is powerful enough to be very useful and useable, but not so powerful as to be completely overwhelming and difficult to understand (I’m looking at you. ConfusionSoft!) – no, it doesn’t provide all of the other CRM’s functionality, BUT it provides what smaller businesses actually NEED, in a way which is easy to use, and at a very reasonable and cost-effective price (I paid for the Entrepreneur Bundle last year, and the additional modules are well worth every penny – main extra modules I use are Stripe integration, Paypal integration, Invoice Pro, and Mail Campaigns V2)

    Easy to install and configure, and the developers are very friendly and helpful.
    Not forgetting that they are continually developing and improving the suite, and actively use it themselves so they know what’s what.

    All in all, very happy with ZBSCRM, very happy indeed.
