Sold by doesn’t display with products

    Hello,
    I installed WCFM but “Sold by” does not appear with the products. I have checked everything in the MarketPlace Settings. As I had Dokkan before, I connected the products and the sellers well thanks to the frontend of WCFM.
    I only disabled Dokkan. Should I uninstall it?

    Have you migrated previous marketplace vendors and products to the new marketplace plugin ?

    For me yes, but maybe i don’t understand something. My vendors and products appears in store vendors and products. Vendors are online. I do this operations because i saw that my products don’t appears anymore.

    I had to delete vendors accounts to create them again with the frontend of WCFM and i linked this vendors to products. I feel it’s not like that it had to do migration.

    Fine, you may do so. But always preferable to use WCFM Migration plugin.

    What user role you have assigned to those newly created vendors?

    Ok, i discover WCFM. I will know now that there is a migration plugin.
    I assigned “vendor” role.

    User role should be “Store Vendor”

    Ok, i just did that but because of wordpress account in the wordpress dashboard. Nothing change.
    I don’t find in WCFM where modified rules. Can you help me ? thanks.
    When i am in vendors store, there is details option in Action Menu but when i click on the eye i don’t see where i can change that.

    You have to set user role from wp-admin – users

    Yes, it’s what i done. i have been in users accounts in wordpress dashboard. I change the rule in name section and i chose store vendor and i saved.

    Great. Now create a new product for a vendor and check for that.

    I created a new product for a vendor with the frontend of WCFM but nothing change. Sold by doesn’t appear.
    And Since i changed vendor rule, the cart icon (under product image) no longer offers me to add a product to the cart but to know more about this product.
