Softaculous – No Site Loading

    Hi, On installing WP via Softaculous in cPanel first it was cut short and kept terminating after reaching an error at about 13% installed, it was getting a ‘Error establishing connection to database’. I consulted the host and the problem was fixed. The next installation went right through to 100% and said that the new wp site was installed however i go to the admin link of the site and it can’t find the servers says Safari.

    It won’t load the site either. I dunno? Any suggestions?

    I have double checked at godaddy.com that i have the correct DNS directing to the host and its the same as all the rest of the sites i run.

    – Check the error logs on your server for any specific error message. If you need help locating them, ask your hosting provider to help you with that.

    Did you buy your domain on Goddaddy? Also, a link to your site would be helpful ??

    Hi Marc, yep i buy all my domain names from godaddy. Just in process of making this for a mate https://gougershill.com

    I got a reply back from my hosting company and they there is a mix up with my servers since some site are on aussie servers and some oversea, i switch to overseas server in DNS and the site showed up!
