Soft Green Menus

in header.php, find:

<li class="<?php if (is_home()) { ?>current_page_item<?php } else { ?>page_item<?php } ?>"><a href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>" title="Home">Home</a></li>
		<?php wp_list_pages('title_li=&depth=1'); ?>

remove this part:

<li class="<?php if (is_home()) { ?>current_page_item<?php } else { ?>page_item<?php } ?>"><a href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>" title="Home">Home</a></li>

and change the remaining line to:

<?php wp_list_pages('title_li=&depth=1&sort_column=menu_order'); ?>

then add corrsponding number values to your pages when editing them; under ‘page attributes’ on the right

When you created the menu did you select it under Theme Locations and then saved it?

Also your permalinks could do with being changed for seo purposes.
