Hey guys, since a few versions ago, the soft cookie wall keeps overlaying the setup screens of the cookie banner for a few seconds every time one clicks any button or switch:

Any way to disable that behaviour? It’s a bit of a downer for people who, well, want to finish configuring the cookie banner before the holiday season ??

    Hi,

thank you for reaching out to us!

I’m not sure if you are using a custom CSS (under the Custom Css) section that may cause a conflict or something similar, but locally we don’t reproduce the issue, so it looks like something related to your specific WordPress configuration and plugins in use.

A suggestion could be to this disable preview, in particular this setting https://prnt.sc/o3VBX9CpCoLI, it may help!

Also, maybe you can also use a standard theme and see if the issue remains, maybe it’s a conflict with your specific WP Theme.

    Hope this helps!

Hey daniub, appreciate your response. Sorry for waiting so long to get back to you. I just tested this on my blueprint site in a Chrome incognito window with the stock Twenty Twenty Four theme and no other plugins installed:

The issue still occurs. Happy to provide a login if you want. Meanwhile, I would agree with you that disabling the preview on the back-end will do the trick as a workaround.
