soft 404 error on cart page

    I have a google search console error message that I have a soft 404 error for my cart page. All of my pages are allowed to be indexed and it has taken a while for my search results to appear as I want them to appear so I would rather not resend a new sitemap. I have read all of the literature on solutions. Rather than starting to try everything suggested, I am wondering if anyone else found the quick solution such as adding some content to the page, or possibly a ‘no follow’?
