    Hi,

    Customer paid via Sofort and received transaction confirmation from Sofort (payment to Paypal Pte Ltd) However, I do not see any order from customer.
    Can you please advise?

    To confirm, you are receiving a confirmation from SOFORT, but there is no order in your WooCommerce store?

    Hi!

    Customer received a transaction confirmation from Sofort GMPH saying bank transfer to PayPal is initiated. Customer also says money is already debited from his account.

    This is the first time someone paid through Sofort in my site, I didn’t know it comes along with PayPal checkout, so I’m not sure what to expect.

    I thought once PayPal receive I will see the order, but its been 11 days and no signs of order and funds.

    Are you referring to not seeing an order in your WooCommerce store or in PayPal?

    Thank you for reply.
    Yes, I don’t see an order in woocommerce, nor do I see the payment in Paypal.

    Hi Manhua,

    It doesn’t look like our PayPal Checkout plugin has the option to pay with SOFORT: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-express-checkout/

    Could you share your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.
