'sociallikes_placement' option doesn't show in options.php

  • Hi,

    The plugin is active, I can see it at the bottom of each post, everything works fine. However, when I attempt to do FAQ Step 1 to place the icons at the top of my posts, the ‘sociallikes_placement’ option does not appear in my options.php file. I word search for ‘social’ and nothing comes up. The file is freshly downloaded via FTP.

    Latest version plugin, WordPress 4.2.4.

    Any ideas?

    Hi! We are working on the problem currently.
    If you have access to your database, please try to execute the following query:
    select * from [database_name].wp_options where option_name like '%social%'
    and tell us what results will be shown. Thank you!
