Social Warfare plugin not working at all after upgrade

Hi there, I have just upgraded my website to the latest Hueman theme version (after longer time) and now I cannot make Social Warefare plugin to work. It is not showing at all on my website. I tried to disable all plugins except for Social one and it was not working either. Any ideas how to solve this?
