Social sharing seems to be broke on this page

Hi, i have noticed on some pages of my site the sharing option is not working properly. For example if i try and share this page with twitter or with pinterest i get the following comes up, which is not the correct title of the page

On pinterest it shows the logo of my site and not the picture for this page. Can anyone please let me know what this problem is. It is only happening on certain pages. it seems to be on pages that are six months or older. i am wondering if this is down to a plugin that is causing the problem.
