• UPDATED: My account issue has finally been solved, though a bit late. I was informed that they are now hyper-focused on the core improvement of the plugin. We will be keeping our fingers crossed that a features-packed and less-bug version of the plugin is on its way.

    EARLIER I WROTE: I’m currently a Pro member. My license is still valid but don’t know why I couldn’t log in to my Pro account from few weeks ago until now. I have tried to reset password but not working. I have sent several request to look into the issue using your main contact form but NOBODY answer me! I post a review here hopefully someone from your support team will SEE it. Pls help me to recover the account ASAP before I start losing confidence to your plugin.
