Social Share PLUS – icons issues

    I have installed the PLUS version of your plugin.

    There are two icon issues:

    1. The Share button (universal share) is missing in the settings (while listed in the free plugin description)

    2. The selection in the settings of the position of the icones RIGHT and CENTRE does not work. The icons are always appear on the LEFT – whether inserted automatically under posts or via the shortcode. Aligning the shortcode in the editor to centre or right doesn’t work.

    Could you please advise how to fix these two issues.

    Happy to answer all your questions. Please stick to the “one issue per thread” as mentioned on the other thread.

    Now responding to your first issue, the share button: We removed it because it is coming from the third party provider addthis, who tracks users (we don’t), so there are concerns from a GDPR perspective. Also it slows down user’s sites a bit.

    Thank you for pointing to that we still have it listed in the readme, we’ll correct this soon.

    I’m talking about one issue – problems with the icons. They are all connected.

    I’m not sure why you require people to break down their requests for help into several separate posts. This takes up more time for us and for you.

    that’s fine – I have just one more question (hopefully the last one) so will post it separately.

    The issues are very different (from icons not showing to that they are not properly aligned). In that sense you could also describe it all as “Issues with WordPress” ??

    Reason why: Separate threads with descriptive titles help other users to find solutions to the same questions faster.
