Social share plugins

  • Can anyone recommend :

    1. A social share plugin that allows for easy customisation so that the buttons sit at the top of a post (not the bottom as they all seem to ) ?

    2.A better (in terms of performance) alternative to the W3 page caching plugin that is broken ?
