Social Share is not showing at Home page post excerpt

    Greetings Alex..

    Thanks for giving us such a wonderful theme. i really loved it. any it’s absolutely suited for my magazine blog.

    Here’s i struck up with one problem. for my blog there is a Home Page having number of grid posts so i want to show all posts with a social share buttons at post excerpt place.
    Example : i want the social share buttons like this website
