Social Share Buttons not Working

Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn share buttons not working on sidebar or with short code. Click and nothing happens. Did some troubleshooting and it doesn’t appear to be a separate plugin causing any issues. Not sure how long they haven’t been working, but they definitely worked before.

The copy button works as does the button to display all the social networks. When I click on Twitter or FB from there, sharing works.

Also, when I hover over the “?” icons in the settings menu, nothing appears and I am also unable to rearrange the icons. I have the most up-to-date version of WordPress, Divi and Sassy Social Share.
