What settings do you changed on the settings page?

Sorry, I had to deactivate it because it was causing the background photo in my sidebar to not load. It’s active now if you want to take a look.

Well its appearing to me.
Try in the debug tab to delete your cookies, as probably the popup closed automatically after X seconds and you missed it.

I would recommend you to increase some seconds the countdown

hi. I have installed the plug-in on my website: https://www.kikijourney.com and instead of the plugin to appear, its goes semi-black ( for the number of seconds I activate it)..
