Social network plugin?

  • Hi Everyone

    I am looking for plugin whitch
    – will able user to pm other user
    – add more informations in user profile

    Something like buddypress.
    I’m looking something different because buddypress doesnt work with my website.

    If you know something like this, please post it.

  • What do you mean buddypress doesn’t work on your site, it doesn’t install correctly?
    Or the template clashes? I had some errors with it and unistall and reinsalling works well. Change the template or get someone to make a child theme for you.

    When i activate plugin, there is error “You do not have sufficient permissions to enter this site.”

    And i cant go to dashboard.

    After i deleted buddypress files from server, wp started works.

    Delete it, clear your cache and reinstall it again. If that fails downgrade the plugin until you find one that is compatible. Make sure you disable some of your other plugins as they don’t cross into compliance with some of buddypress functions.

    I have been using Mingle for some time, it’s absolutely wonderful and it has tons of plugins that makes it more like facebook.
