Social Mobile Bar not working

  • The Social Mobile Bar is not showing at all on some of my phones, shows large and intrusive on others, and on tablets held vertically, both the regular social bar and the mobile social bar show at the same time. Can this be fixed?

    Okay, since I last wrote, the situation has now changed by itself. The Social Mobile Bar now shows up on phones in the lower right corner, which is not where I would like it. It is the same on vertical tablets, but when they are oriented horizontally, there is no bar at all.

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for pointing this out. When a website owner only selects one or two icons we only display the smaller icons on the right on smaller mobile devices.

    We will update our setting page to reflect this and cause less confusion. I am sorry about the inconvenience.
