Social Meta is redirecting to other pages

    Hello Developers,

    Really liking your plugin but I’m currently having an issue with the social media meta information. Anytime I try to share my shop page it links to one of my product pages. I’ve tried to use the Open Graph Debugger for FB and for some reason it’s pulling data from my products instead of my shop page, even though I have specifically given my shop page social meta data for FB and Twitter. Nevertheless, clicking on the posts in FB and Twitter still lead to the correct page.

    More over, our homepage is custom built. Is there any way we can adjust the social meta for that within the plugin as it’s not listed as one of our pages?

    Hi,

    Our plugin can’t override the title and meta title on the shop page because the woocommerce plugin handle them (title and meta title…). You’ll find the same problem on Yoast and other meta editors.
