Social Menu in the Footer

Hello, I am sorry for such a novice question, but I can’t seem to find the option for Social media or any other type of sharing option for my footer.

I have managed to make a menu for the footer which is just linked to a post. How do I go about adding actual social media link to the bottom as well?

There is no Footer option in the Widget section. Thanks in advance for the help!.
